“My childhood is full of memories under the shade of the olive tree”. That’s what hundreds and thousands of Spanish men and women who broke their backs every winter harvesting season, with their hands covered in calluses, could say.
Year after year, olive growers have shown Spanish people how to work wonders with this fruit of the olive trees, which persists in their memories.
Tradition is very important in Spain. For this reason, QvExtra! want to thank those before them for the legacy they left behind through their love of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The legacy left behind: SIQEV EVOO
Perfection can only be attained through hard work and effort. Those are some words of wisdom that must be remembered.
As you may know, QvExtra! and its associates are united by love and respect for Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Care and consideration throughout the whole process allows us to share the excellence of this product.
Perhaps time comes to a halt in the old olive mills. Perhaps, there it is stored like the (liquid) gold that it is. The key may also be the memories of the steel tanks where the oil was stored, or the noise that the stone-grinder made as it crushed the olives, or maybe even the aroma of the freshly pressed oil.
These are what have inspired today’s product, and we must recognise the appreciation for tradition. Without it, EVOO would simply not be cherished in the same way.
Thank you to those before us who shared their love for the land
For all these reasons, SIQEV EVOO can be measured in memories and in time together. Thanks to all of the hard work and love shared by previous generations in Spain, Extra Virgin Olive Oil has gone from good to great.
At QvExtra, we have no words to express all that these incredible people have contributed. Thank you.
