Currently QvExtra is made up of 33 producer partners who take care of the field expertly, traditionally, wisely and evolving. Qualities which, as it could not have been otherwise, entails an outstanding demand when it comes to choosing the machinery and the professionals or selecting the raw material.
However, it is not possible to get the seal only by an exhaustive selection of the olive or the equipment. SIQEV «obliges» the producers to keep an eye on the maximum time to which the raw material arrives at the mill (always below 2 hours), the ideal moment of ripeness and even the milling temperature in order to not to lose thevolatile compounds, never exceeding 24ºC.
